Is procrastination laziness? Or the product of an easily diverted mind?
I don't think I procrastinated until someone pointed out to me that it was possible to do so.

Procrastination is often mistaken for laziness but in truth it isn’t. People who procrastinate are perhaps more regarded as thinkers, they choose to postpone or delay things even though it may appear to them that they're easily distracted but it’s usually a conscience decision.
ReplyDeleteThough students are known to be the best procrastinaters..in fact it's called "the student syndrome" I was a huge procrastinator myself...I never touched a book until the last possible moment when I was at Uni. Are you a student? :)

ReplyDeleteNo, not a student.
ReplyDeleteI can one up you on the procrastinating. When I was a student, not only did I not touch the books until the last minute, I didn't touch the books at all.
The point is that each time you muddle through something after procrastinating, it reinforces one's ability to do it again.
And speaking of procrastinating, how's that for not answering for 13 months?
No wonder I deleted my comment!
ReplyDeleteDon't remember doing that BTW! or why I'd done it.
